Plastic Injection Moulding

Overmolding Injection Moulding

Overmolding combines two or more materials (plastic, rubber, TPE) into one part with strong bonding. It improves grip, durability and product function. Applications: Power tool handles, soft-touch grips, water-resistant parts, anti-slip components, etc.

Insert Injection Moulding

Insert moulding places metal parts (pins, screws, contacts) into the mould before injection. The plastic flows around the insert to form a single, integrated part. Applications: Electrical plugs, connectors, switch parts, metal-plastic combined components, etc.

Product Evaluation & Design

Receive customer product drawings or samples, analyze product structure, material requirements, and mass production feasibility, then optimize product design to reduce undercuts and simplify demolding.

Mould Manufacturing

Produce injection moulds based on product design, including mould flow analysis, precision machining, and assembly. Moulds are the core factor that determines the final appearance and dimensional accuracy of plastic parts.

Raw Material Preparation

Procure specified plastic raw materials (such as PP, ABS, etc.) as required, and conduct material drying and mixing (with color masterbatch or modification additives if needed) to ensure consistent material quality.

Injection Moulding

The injection moulding machine heats and melts the plastic resin, injects it into the mould cavity under high pressure, maintains pressure during cooling, and then opens the mould once the part is solidified.

Product Demolding & Post-processing

Demold the finished part via robotic arm or manual operation, remove sprue and flash, and perform grinding or polishing if needed for surface finishing.

Quality Inspection

Inspect product dimensions, appearance, and performance (including strength, heat resistance, color difference, etc.), and isolate any non-conforming parts.

Packaging & Delivery

Package and warehouse qualified products, then arrange delivery according to customer requirements.
