Step 1 — Smart Design & Simulation
Before a single cut is made, our engineers run CAD/CAE mold flow analysis. We simulate how molten plastic flows, cools, and shrinks inside the cavity. This catches problems like air traps, weld lines, or sink marks before they cost you money.
Step 2 — Precision Machining
We use 5-axis CNC centers, high-speed milling, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and wire cutting to shape mold steels like P20, 718, and S136. Complex textures—wood grain, geometric patterns, micro-ribs—are carved with sub-micron accuracy.
Step 3 — Hand Finishing & Assembly
No machine can replace a master fitter's hands. Our craftsmen hand-polish cavities to mirror finishes (Ra 0.02μm), fit sliders and lifters, and ensure every ejector pin moves smoothly. This human touch is what separates "good" molds from "great" ones.
Step 4 — Trial Molding & Validation
